TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Rose Mobile RV & Pressure Washing Spa (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website, submitting a form, or scheduling service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book service.

We are a mobile exterior cleaning company serving Southwest Florida. Our work includes RV washing and detailing, pressure washing, and soft washing for residential and commercial properties, including driveways, patios, walkways, house exteriors, and similar surfaces. Specific work is defined by the estimate or scope agreed for your job.

Prices shown on this website, including any “starting at” figure such as $200, are starting points for planning only — not fixed quotes. Estimates given by phone, text, email, or web form are based on the information you provide and are non-binding until confirmed. Final pricing is confirmed once we can assess the actual size, surface type, condition, and access of the job, which may happen on site.

If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will tell you the revised price before starting. You may decline and reschedule or cancel at that point at no charge.

Because we come to you, we need reasonable access to complete the work. Unless we agree otherwise in advance, please make sure that:

• We can reach a working water spigot and, where required, a standard electrical outlet.
• The work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, furniture, pets, planters, decorations, and personal items.
• Windows, doors, hatches, vents, and slide-outs are closed and sealed.
• Anyone needed to grant access to a gate, garage, or property is available at the scheduled time.

If we cannot access or safely perform the work on arrival, we may need to reschedule and may charge a trip fee, which we will disclose to you beforehand.

Exterior work depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, lightning, high wind, or other unsafe conditions, and we will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us; we ask for as much notice as you can reasonably give so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree to different terms in writing. Accepted payment methods are communicated when your job is scheduled. Commercial and fleet accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs permitted by law.

Cleaning reveals what is already there. Surfaces and RVs often arrive with conditions we did not cause and cannot correct by washing, including oxidation, chalking or failed clear coat, fading, staining set into the substrate, prior repairs, mismatched paint, failing caulk or seals, loose or damaged siding and trim, cracked concrete or pavers, rotted wood, and worn screens or decals.

We inspect and use appropriate methods and pressures for the surface, including low-pressure soft washing where high pressure would cause damage. We are not responsible for damage or deterioration that results from pre-existing conditions, improper prior installation, or defects that could not reasonably be identified before work began. If we see a risk, we will tell you before proceeding.

You confirm that you own the property or RV or are authorized to approve the work, and that you have told us about known issues such as leaks, prior damage, sensitive plantings, well or septic considerations, delicate finishes, or HOA requirements. Please keep children and pets away from the work area while we are on site.

We take pride in our work and aim for the best result each surface can achieve. That said, results vary with material, age, and condition, and we do not warrant that every stain, streak, mark, or growth can be fully removed, or that a cleaned surface will stay clean for a particular period. Services are provided “as is,” and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost time, lost profits, or loss of use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you believe something went wrong, contact us within 7 days of the service so we have a fair chance to inspect and make it right.

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, your estimate, and your scheduled service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing Rosemobilervspa@gmail.com.

We may photograph or record completed work for our portfolio, website, and social media. Images focus on the surface or vehicle, not on people, and we avoid capturing identifying details such as license plates or house numbers where practical. If you prefer that we not use images of your property or RV, tell us and we will honor that.

The content on this site — text, layout, logo, brand name, photos, and videos — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

This site may link to third-party services such as Instagram or Google reviews, and may use third-party advertising and measurement tools. We do not control those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you and we consent to that venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you request or receive service is the version that applies. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when we last revised them.
