Rose Mobile RV & Pressure Washing Spa (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a mobile RV washing, detailing, pressure washing, and soft washing service operating in Southwest Florida. When you submit an estimate request or contact form, we collect only what you type in:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (when provided)
• The service address or general location of the job
• The service(s) you selected, RV size, preferred date and time, and any message or project details you include

Providing this information is voluntary. If you would rather not use a form, call or text us instead.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may record basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site working, understand general traffic patterns, and prevent abuse.

• To prepare and send you an estimate
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request
• To schedule, perform, and follow up on service
• To keep records of jobs, invoices, and customer communication
• To improve our website and our services

We do not use your information for unrelated purposes, and we do not send bulk marketing email to people who only asked for an estimate.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers we rely on to run the business — our website hosting and database provider (which stores form submissions) and our email delivery provider (which delivers your submission to our inbox). They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements — if we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights or someone’s safety.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and measurement tools provided by platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to understand how visitors find us and whether our ads are working. Where such tools are in use, they may set cookies or receive event information (for example, that a page was viewed or a form was submitted) so that ad performance can be measured and so that relevant ads can be shown to people with similar interests.

You can limit this at any time:

• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or use your browser’s private/incognito mode.
• Adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, including “Off-Facebook activity.”
• Adjust Google ad personalization in your Google account settings.
• Use your device’s tracking-limitation settings (for example, “Limit Ad Tracking” or “App Tracking Transparency” on iOS).

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting it, we do not currently respond to it, but the controls above remain available to you.

By submitting a form or giving us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your request and the service you asked about. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing us. Opting out of messages does not remove your information from our records; see the next section for that.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email Rosemobilervspa@gmail.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time. If a privacy law such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR applies to you, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them where they apply. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Note that we may need to keep certain records (for example, invoices) to meet tax and legal obligations even after a deletion request.

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or archive them. We do not keep information longer than we have a reason to.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with reputable service providers using access controls. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party pages, such as our Instagram profile or Google reviews. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy as our business or the tools we use change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
